Hi there! I’m an award-winning content strategist and data-driven leader with over 12 years of experience growing audiences through storytelling, social media, newsletters, video, e-commerce, and SEO.

Previously, I served as Head of Social and Video at Well+Good, where I led a full-scale content revamp that drove a 215% increase in views, a 135% lift in engagement, and an 88% growth in video output across social platforms. I manage a cross-functional team, direct short-form series with experts and creators, and develop brand campaigns for clients like NYX, Lancôme, Audible, Ford, and more.

My background includes reimagining Thrillist’s editorial, social, video, and newsletter identity—a strategy that resulted in record-breaking traffic and earned a James Beard Award. I’ve also expanded social footprints and content impact for major brands, including L’Oréal, CoverGirl, Honda, Jeep, and American Express.

Career highlights include launching Solange’s When I Get Home album on BlackPlanet, leading Thrillist’s award-winning editorial rebrand, and earning a Cannes Lions nomination for digital innovation while managing social at Taco Bell.
